Dress Code

  1. The school expects a student's dress and grooming to reflects high standards of personal conducts so that his/her attire promotes a safe and a positive atmosphere within the school, for this the students and their parents/guardians have the responsibility to be aware of the school's specific dress code and conform to these requirement.
  2. Following will be considered inappropriate.
    1. Accessories such as chains ,rings and any other form of jewelry
    2. Applying gel streaking or colouring of hair long nails, nail polish and tattoos.
  3. Specifications related to hair.
    1. Boys must have close cropped hair.
    2. Girls who have their hair cut very short have to wear a black stretch band
    3. Hair till the nape of the neck must be secured away from the face with a black stretch band.
    4. In case the hair length falls below the shoulder level it must be braided into parts .
  4. Parents will be contacted about their child if the school administration feels that the dress code is violated or if the students appearance creates indiscipline.

Fee Rules

  1. Detailed instructions regarding school fees are given in the fee book.
  2. Parents must ensure that all school fee dues are paid on time. A Late fine will be applicable in case, school fee is not paid by the stipulated date as mentioned in the fee book. The fee is subjected to 10-15% increase each year.
  3. A fine of Rs.200/- shall become applicable for a dishonoured cheque.
  4. Students whose fee and other school dues are not cleared and are not upto date will not be allowed to sit for the half yearly /final examination.

School policy for bandhs and strikes

  1. If a bandh call is given, the school authorties will try to check at the DM's office / other school of the city and find out whether public transportation system is functioning parents may call 8057193193 to find out whether school is open for that particular day/period.
  2. School shall try to inform parents through sms at earliest
  3. If during school hours a bandh is brought into effects, parents must come and take their children from the school.

Withdrawals

  1. All notices of withdrawal must be given one calendar month in advance by the parents/guardian or else the fee for the following month will be changed.
  2. Transfer certificate will not be issued until all the dues of the school are cleared.

TEXT AND EXAMINATION

  1. There will normally be no re-tests or re-examinations
  2. Parents need not be upsets by a child being generally sick during tests if the child does good work consistently. such cases are decided on the basis of the entire term's work and continous assessment tests.
